Teachers will model College Prep Elementary’s educational programs by creating a classroom environment that is centered on student learning and encouraging personal growth in accordance with each child’s potential. Our teachers demonstrate commitment to the idea that all children can grow and develop to achieve a high level of success.

All applicants must have experience working with children with diverse ethnic background in an urban school setting. Prefer candidates with three plus years of teaching experience.
